Accurate Usage Representation & Monitoring

By subscribing to a copier plan through TheEasyCopy.com, the customer agrees that the selected plan and pricing are based on an accurate and truthful representation of the number of users, departments, and expected monthly print volume.

Any intentional misrepresentation or reassignment of equipment — including falsely indicating a lower user count or print volume to obtain a lower subscription rate — constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

To ensure correct plan alignment, Technic Business Solutions (dba “TheEasyCopy”) reserves the right to install remote monitoring software or hardware on covered equipment. This monitoring may include but is not limited to:

Tracking page counts

Monitoring supply levels (e.g., ink)

Verifying usage patterns

The customer agrees to provide any necessary network access or permissions required for this monitoring, and further agrees not to disable, remove, or interfere with such monitoring systems.

If Technic determines, at its sole discretion, that the actual usage materially deviates from the stated usage or assigned plan, we reserve the right to:
Retroactively reassign the subscription to the appropriate usage tier;

Invoice the customer for any previously underpaid amounts based on actual usage;

Adjust future billing to reflect ongoing usage patterns.
